Brazil: Beef and Wood Shipments to North America Increase via TCP
Beef shipments to North America via TCP increased by 19% to 35,700 tons in the first quarter of 2026, while wood exports grew by 12% to 110,000 tons. Mexico became the main recipient market with 130.4 thousand tons moved, driven primarily by wood with 55,000 tons. Canada recorded one of the fastest growths, doubling its exports from 4,200 to 8,100 tons.
