The Board of Directors of the Public Companies System (SEP) has appointed the new board of directors for the Chacabuco Port Company (Emporcha), which will begin its functions on Wednesday, June 10.
The presidency of the board will be assumed by Eduardo Vera Wandersleben, who replaces Luis Enrique Runín.
According to the terms of the appointment, Vera will lead the port company's board of directors for a period extending from June 10, 2026, to October 2, 2027.
The other members of the new board assigned by the Government of José Antonio Kast are Verónica Moya Escárate and Ignacio Guerrero Toro.
The new directors, in turn, replace Zaida Muñoz and Cesar Peyrin. The new directors will assume their positions from June 10, 2026, until October 2, 2029.
