A meeting that invites us to build a work environment with more respect, empathy, and welcoming
On October 22 and 23, PortosRio hosted the 10th Meeting of the Executive Group of the Pact for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in State-Owned Companies, at the Port of Rio de Janeiro.
In this video, we share reflections on combating harassment and gender violence, the presence of women in port work, and caring for people.
These are statements that reinforce a daily commitment: to make the workplace a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and part of building a more inclusive culture.
