Brasília, 10/08/2026 – The Port Performance System (SDP) of the National Waterway Transportation Agency (ANTAQ) is back on a new technological platform. As of this Thursday (8), port facilities can now access the revamped system, which features a modernized layout and an interface designed to make navigation more intuitive and efficient.
The SDP gathers data that allows monitoring the operational performance of organized ports and authorized port facilities in the country. The system's relaunch is coordinated by the Statistics and Performance Evaluation Management (GEA), responsible for SDP management. With the platform's reactivation, port facilities must access it to submit information regarding vessel berthings and cargo.
Deadlines for information submission
The new deadlines for submitting information regarding unberthings that occurred each month were presented during the 33rd Port Performance System Meeting, held on September 24 and 25, in Santa Catarina.

User management
Another new feature is that the SDP now incorporates the user management function, previously performed through the User Management System (SGU).
With the change, all port facilities must have a registered master user by January 20, 2027. This profile will be responsible for including and excluding users linked to each facility.
To guide the transition, the following situations should be observed:
Facilities that already have a master user: the user must access the SDP and manage registered collaborators;
Facilities that do not yet have a master user: previously registered collaborators who were active in 2025 and 2026 will be able to access the system and submit information until January 20, 2027;
Temporary registration of collaborators: if it is not possible to register the master user in time to meet the submission deadlines, the registration of collaborators can be requested via email desempenhoportuario@antaq.gov.br, until the master user is defined and can take over the management of profiles;
First access: existing master users and previously registered collaborators active in 2025 and 2026 should use the "Forgot my password" option, available on the SDP main screen.
