Across Silversea's all-suite fleet, 17 suite types are now organized into four categories, with each building on the line's included benefits (butler service, 24-hour in-suite dining, free Wi-Fi, beverages, port fees, taxes, gratuities).
The categories are Oceanview, Veranda, Residence and Villa, with Residence and Villa guests to get additional benefits, beginning with 2027 sailings.
"Guests choose to sail with Silversea time and time again for the intimacy of our ships and the personal attention that comes with it," said Bert Hernandez, president, Silversea. "Our new suite categories let us build directly on that foundation. Whether that's with early access to spa and dining reservations or dedicated time with the ship's head sommelier, we're strengthening the personalized service that has always defined Silversea, while maintaining and expanding on the inclusions guests know and love."
Oceanview comprises Panorama and Vista suites, featuring large windows. Veranda groups Premium Veranda, Deluxe Veranda, Superior Veranda, Classic Veranda and Veranda suites, each with a balcony.
Residence consists of Junior Grand, Signature, Silver, Premium Medallion and Medallion suites, with separate bedroom and living spaces. And Villa includes Otium, Master, Owner's, Grand and Royal suites, which have generous living spaces and large terraces.
Starting in January, Residence and Villa guests will also receive expanded benefits.
For the Residence category, these include priority embarkation on classic voyages and early access to reservations with the first opportunity to book spa treatments 210 days before a voyage, and dining reservations 150 days before.
On top of the Residence category perks, Villa guests will get a signature arrival experience. On classic voyages, a private transfer will be offered to those who book air through Silversea. They will also get priority embarkation on classic voyages, early suite access and a welcome escort.
Private consultations, including one-on-one time with the chef, sommelier and spa manager, will enable Villa guests to personalize dining, wine pairings and wellness goals.
Further perks are signature experiences — a selection of curated moments, including a chef-selected in-suite dining experience, an in-suite afternoon tea, a stargazing evening with Champagne and caviar, in-suite cocktail celebrations for hosting guests and a cigar and whiskey pairing.
A Technogym exercise bag, including a yoga mat, resistance bands and a roller, will be available in every Villa category suite.
Plus, there will be dedicated planning support for flights, hotels, shore excursions, land programs, and City Stays by Silversea, ahead of departure.
And at select debarkation ports on classic voyages, Villa suite guests will have access to dining, beverages and onboard spaces on the final day, with luggage stored and Wi-Fi active until the ship's next departure.
On expedition voyages, Villa guests can gear up and head out on their own schedule with flexible Zodiac departure, joining their preferred Zodiac group. They can also secure priority entry for a kayaking session of their choice and get behind-the-scenes access to expedition operations alongside onboard experts.
Guests can book under the new suite categories beginning Sept. 16.
