The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its forces continue to attack ports, ships, military facilities, and logistics infrastructure in Ukraine.
In a statement, the ministry noted that during the night of Tuesday, September 8, a facility dedicated to the production of drones and unmanned aerial vehicles in Kyiv was hit.
The source added that the attacks also targeted three cargo ports, fuel and military equipment depots, as well as five logistics centers in the Mykolaiv region.
Likewise, Russian forces attacked fuel depots and an electrical substation that, according to Moscow, supplied the port area of Mykolaiv.
The statement also mentioned actions against ships bound for the Port of Odesa and against logistics facilities located at the Starukazachi border crossing, on the border with Moldova.
According to the Ministry of Defense, the operations were carried out by land and air using precision weapons and drones.
Russia has maintained a military offensive against Ukraine since February 24, 2022, and states that one of its conditions for ending the conflict is for Kyiv to renounce integration into Western military structures, a stance that Ukrainian authorities consider interference in their sovereign decisions.
