The Santos Port Authority (APS) has published new electronic tenders (under the State-Owned Company Law – RLE) for the supply of technological equipment and institutional representation materials. The three bidding processes will take place in open dispute mode.
Tender RLE No. 51/2026 is for the supply of an uncrewed surface vehicle (USV) and auxiliary oceanographic measurement equipment. The autonomous vessel will be used for hydrographic surveys to monitor the depths of the navigation channel and will support the APS's Dredging Engineering Research and Development Program (PRIDE).
Tender RLE No. 50/2026 aims to acquire an electronic key cabinet, also for use by the Port Guard Superintendence. The equipment is intended for storing and managing access to keys for inspection posts and restricted areas.
Finally, Tender RLE No. 49/2026 aims to register prices for the on-demand supply of commemorative plaques and coins. These items, which will be for the Port Guard Superintendence, are intended for standardization and use in ceremonies, tributes, functional recognition acts, and institutional visits.
How to participate
The three bidding processes will be conducted electronically through the Banco do Brasil's Licitações-e system. Interested companies must pay attention to the rules and technical qualification requirements set out in each tender.
