BCN Port Innovation Foundation Gathers Partners to Kick Off New Roadmap

The BCN Port Innovation Foundation held its Partners Forum at the Club Natació Barcelona, bringing together the ecosystem to define its new roadmap and strategic plan. After three years of activity, the organization is entering a more mature phase with team growth through the incorporation of four new members. The collaborative work included a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities, aiming to ensure that growth responds to the real needs of partners and the Port Community.
