MSC's potential acquisition of Meyer Werft stake analyzed

Media reports suggest MSC intends to acquire a majority stake in Meyer Werft, potentially evolving from negotiations for up to six New Frontier class cruise vessels (four 180,000gt, 5,400-passenger ships plus two options for delivery from 2030 onwards).
