MTC Publishes Proposed Regulation on Citizen Participation Processes Related to Transport Sector Projects
The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) published the proposed Regulation on Citizen Participation in Environmental Matters of the Transport Sector through Ministerial Resolution N.º 315-2026-MTC/01.02 in the Official Gazette El Peruano on June 9, 2026. It invites public entities, project owners, social organizations, and citizens to participate in the Regulatory Public Consultation until June 24, 2026, seeking to identify improvement options and risks in its implementation.
