Hero of the Seas Achieves Float-Out at Meyer Turku Shipyard

Royal Caribbean's Hero of the Seas achieved its float-out milestone at Meyer Turku shipyard in Turku, Finland on September 8, 2026. The fourth Icon Class ship, scheduled to debut in August 2027 in Miami, moved into the outfitting pier after the dry dock was filled with more than 90 million gallons of water. The vessel will offer nine pools, 28 dining spots, and accommodations including a three-deck Ultimate Family Treehouse, with 7-night Caribbean itineraries from Miami.
