Itulpark Considers Expansion with Free Trade Zones and Customs Warehouses in Quito

Itulpark, a logistics park in Quito focused on storage and foreign trade operations, is exploring options to expand its services, including the development of free trade zones and customs warehouses. The proposal was discussed during a visit by authorities from the Ministry of Production.

These initiatives, subject to corresponding processes and authorizations, aim to expand capabilities for managing international trade operations and facilitate new investments. The proposal gains relevance given the growth of non-oil exports, which reached USD 23.289 million between January and July 2026.

The logistics park spans 15 hectares and features approximately 80,000 m² of infrastructure distributed across four warehouses. Its first phase reports nearly 90% occupancy, reflecting the demand for specialized facilities for storage and logistics operations linked to supply chains.
