Riviera Travel launches Resplendence river cruise ship on Rhine maiden voyage

Riviera Travel unveiled the Riviera Resplendence, a five-star river cruise ship that departed from Cologne on July 4 on its inaugural "Rhine Cruise to Switzerland" itinerary. The third ship in the Radiance Class, it accommodates up to 178 guests across 89 cabins and suites, featuring three dining venues and an expansive sun deck. The vessel will sail 18 itineraries on the Danube and Rhine Rivers, with two additional ships, the Riviera Reflection and Riviera Rhapsody, scheduled to debut over the next two years.
