ASIPONA removes 1.5 tons of waste from Manzanillo dock

The National Port System Administration Manzanillo (ASIPONA) collected approximately one and a half tons of trash from the port dock this week. A brigade removed plastics, tires, wood pieces, and other waste from the waters, originating from the Jalipa and Punta de Agua streams that flow into the port area. These efforts are part of ongoing cleaning brigades to prevent bay contamination and maintain adequate conditions for port operations.
