CMA CGM acquires FedEx Supply Chain for $1.4 billion, expanding North American logistics

CMA CGM Group completed its acquisition of FedEx Supply Chain at an enterprise value of $1.4 billion, significantly expanding CEVA Logistics' North American contract logistics operations. The deal integrates nearly 10,000 team members and approximately 34 million square feet of warehouse space, tripling CEVA's North American footprint to more than 240 locations with approximately 20,000 employees. Additionally, CMA CGM and FedEx entered into multi-year commercial agreements for ocean and air freight services, including Asia-Europe routes.
