The Port Authority of Santos (APS) has published new bidding notices, in electronic mode (State-Owned Companies Law Regime – RLE), to address various fronts.
Noteworthy is RLE Notice No. 56/2026, which aims to contract a specialized company for the provision of Independent Verification services. The contracted company will support the governance, compliance, and management of the federal funding account linked to the sponsored concession for the construction and operation of the Santos-Guarujá Immersed Tunnel.
In the communication area, RLE Notice No. 55/2026 seeks to contract an advertising agency for the provision of advertising services. The contract covers the study, planning, creation, and distribution of institutional campaigns to media outlets.
Complementing the actions in the area, RLE Notice No. 57/2026 aims to register prices for the on-demand supply of promotional materials, with an opening on October 29, 2026.
RLE Notice No. 54/2026 is for contracting an insurance policy for four newly acquired motorcycles (Suzuki V-Strom) that will join the Guard's fleet.
