The Santos Port Authority (APS) has published two new electronic tender notices (under the State-Owned Companies Law - RLE) to meet the operational and infrastructure demands of the Port Guard Superintendence. The bidding processes will take place in open dispute mode.
Tender RLE nº 52/2026 aims to supply personal protective materials and equipment for motorcyclists of the Strategic Actions Group (GAE). This measure seeks to ensure the safety of agents during escort and inspection actions.

The bidding processes will be carried out electronically through the Banco do Brasil’s Licitações-e system. Interested companies must pay attention to the rules and technical qualification requirements provided in each tender notice.
