Maersk updates heavy load surcharge for Far East Asia-North Europe route

Maersk is revising the trigger weight of Heavy Load Surcharge (HWS) for 20' dry equipment with Verified Gross Mass (VGM) exceeding 28 metric tons from Far East Asia to North Europe, effective 30-Sep-2026. The new tariff level is USD 400 for all 20 equipment types. Heavy Load Surcharge will be applicable to all Ocean products including contract products, SPOT, and Maersk Go.
