Brasília, 09/23/2026 – Public Call for Contributions SRG No. 03/2026 is open to receive contributions, subsidies, and suggestions on the preliminary Regulatory Impact Analysis (AIR) report regarding Topic 2.6 – "Container demurrage - ANTAQ Resolution No. 62/2021", part of the 2025/2028 Regulatory Agenda.
Until 11:59 PM on 10/20, users and agents of the national waterway sector, as well as other interested parties, may submit their contributions exclusively through an electronic form provided by the Agency.
The call for contributions is a participation mechanism that allows for the gathering of information and input to support knowledge building and the development of proposals on a given matter. At ANTAQ, the instrument enables interested parties to collaborate in writing.
How to participate
Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the electronic form for Public Call for Contributions SRG No. 03/2026 until 11:59 PM on 10/20. Submissions sent by other means will not be accepted.
It is possible to send digital images, such as maps, plans, and photos, via email to srg@antaq.gov.br, provided that the participant is identified and respects the deadline. The content of the contribution, however, must be obligatorily filled in the specific fields of the electronic form. Received contributions will be made available on the ANTAQ website.
Webinar
As part of the actions related to the topic, ANTAQ will hold a webinar on 09/29, starting at 10 AM, to present and discuss the matter with interested parties. The meeting will be an opportunity to broaden knowledge on the subject and clarify aspects related to the preliminary AIR report.
