The Port Authority of Esmeraldas welcomed the Norwegian-flagged oil tanker Bow Persistent, which arrived in the early hours of Friday, October 30, to carry out a loading operation. The vessel will transport 7,800 tons of red palm oil destined for international markets.

Mooring maneuvers were coordinated by the terminal's technical and security teams, under international maritime standards. This operation allows for the movement of a relevant product for local production and the country's export activity.

The shipment strengthens the commercial operations of the port of Esmeraldas and the export of Ecuadorian products abroad. Likewise, it contributes to connecting national production with international markets and to the dynamism of maritime trade.
