Riviera Travel launches cruise host programme to enhance guest experience

Riviera Travel appointed James Golding as Chief Customer Experience Officer and introduced a dedicated cruise host programme across its river fleet in mid-2026. The initiative, developed following guest feedback and travel advisor consultation, aims to enhance social interaction and onboard support, particularly for first-time and solo travellers. Hosts will organize activities including quizzes, games and wellness sessions alongside existing cruise directors.
