Konecranes Plc: Acquisition of own shares during week 45/2026
The share buybacks form part of the share buyback program that Konecranes Plc announced on 24th of September 2026. The buyback program, which runs from November 2026 until no later than March 17, 2027, is being carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
Konecranes Plc’s shares have been repurchased as follows:
