Contecon Manzanillo has planted 16,250 mangroves in environmental restoration
Contecon Manzanillo has planted 16,250 mangroves of different species and restored 6.5 hectares of mangrove forest in the northern part of the port in recent years. The terminal actively participates in the restoration of the Cuyutlán Lagoon by sponsoring Vaso III, the largest wetland in Colima, and was the first to obtain Carbon Neutral certification.
