Northern Lights receives fourth vessel for liquefied CO2 transport
Northern Lights welcomed the Northern Purpose, its fourth liquefied carbon dioxide (LCO2) carrier vessel from China. Along with the Northern Pioneer, Northern Pathfinder, and Northern Phoenix, it completes the fleet needed for Phase 1 operations. According to Tim Heijn, Managing Director of Northern Lights JV, the vessel will ensure reliable CO2 transport and storage services in Europe. The company operates the world's largest fleet dedicated to commercial CO2 transport.
