Beef Exports Grow 10% in First Half of 2026
The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries reported that beef exports between January and June reached 411,705 tons carcass weight equivalent, marking a 10% increase in volume and a 44.7% increase in value, totaling 2,202,059 thousand dollars. China accounts for 53% of shipments, followed by the United States (19.5%), Israel (10%), and the European Union (9.1%).
