Three innovation projects win AIDA Cruises 2026 Hub competition
AIDA Cruises announced three winning projects from over 150 proposals at its 2026 Innovation Hub final event in Rostock on September 16th. Winners include revincus GmbH for thermal energy recovery technology, the German Aerospace Center (DLR) for its WoodShip project using wood-based shipbuilding materials, and Contagt GmbH for an indoor-navigation system. The winning teams will develop their concepts further through feasibility studies or pilot projects aboard AIDA ships.
