African Nightjar Loads 17,000 Tons of Pine in Fray Bentos
The Liberian-flagged vessel African Nightjar has been loading 17,000 tons of bulk pine logs at the Port of Fray Bentos since Tuesday the 28th, with its final destination being the Port of Kandla, India, after a cargo top-off in Montevideo. The operation, handled by Repremar and Río Estiba, marks the seventh export of pine logs this year from the Fray Bentos terminal, involving 60 workers and 34 trucks.
