Five Dutch ports urge EU clarity on Ports Strategy implementation
Five Dutch seaports—Amsterdam, Groningen Seaports, Moerdijk, Rotterdam and North Sea Port—called on European policymakers on 29 September to translate the European Ports Strategy into concrete, funded measures. Meeting in Brussels, the ports presented their joint position paper Full Steam Ahead, outlining three priorities: investment certainty, clear agreements on strategic infrastructure, and stronger cross-border cooperation to enable sustainable energy and resilience investments.
