Ferry Holdings Presents 2026/27 Performance Plan for Cook Strait Ferries

Ferry Holdings has published its Statement of Performance Expectations (SPE) for 2026/27, outlining the objectives of the Cook Strait Ferry Replacement Program. Two new vessels are expected to enter service in 2029. Next year, the company will transition from planning to execution, finalizing designs, commencing construction in 2027, and implementing infrastructure works in Wellington and Picton with partners KiwiRail, CentrePort, and Port Marlborough.
