Princess Cruises closes Taiwan sales operations after 13 years

Princess Cruises ended its sales operations in Taiwan on Aug. 31, 2026, ceasing new bookings through its local entity while maintaining existing reservations and scheduled sailings. The company, present in Taiwan since 2013 with homeporting operations in Keelung, is closing websites, social media and local sales channels. Local sales will now be handled through Princess' international website or overseas channels. The closure is part of Carnival Corporation's broader adjustment of sales operations across Asia, with offices in China, Hong Kong and South Korea also ending operations, while Japan and Singapore offices were retained.
