DNV and Kongsberg Maritime Enable Secure Operational Vessel Data Exchange

DNV and Kongsberg Maritime have entered into an agreement enabling secure, standardized exchange of Operational Vessel Data (OVD) between Kongsberg Maritime's digital fleet management solution and DNV's Veracity platform. The integration, based on DNV's Operational Vessel Data interface standard and API technology, allows customers to share vessel operational data in a controlled, scalable way while maintaining full control over data usage. The cooperation aims to reduce complexity for shipowners and operators, simplify environmental reporting, and support digital assurance services and data-driven maritime services.
