Yantai Port Exceeds 500 Wind Turbine Blades Handled

Yantai Port, part of Shandong Port Group, has independently handled over 500 wind turbine blades, saving more than 4 million yuan (USD 592,720) in outsourcing costs. The port improved its efficiency by 40 percent, reducing the lifting time per blade from 40 minutes to 18 minutes, thanks to specialized techniques and a standardized operating system for wind power equipment.
