Lindblad Expeditions completes $61m acquisition of White Desert and Echo Charlie
Lindblad Expeditions Holdings acquired a 60% stake in White Desert, the luxury Antarctic tourism company, and Echo Charlie, a new aviation travel brand, in a $61m-plus cash deal—the largest transaction in Lindblad's history. The acquisition combines decades of Antarctic coastal and interior exploration expertise. Lindblad raised its full-year 2026 guidance, forecasting total tour revenues of $850m to $880m and adjusted EBITDA of $140m to $148m.
