MTC executes maritime transfer of 20 modular bridges to Piura due to El Niño phenomenon

The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) has initiated the maritime transfer of 20 modular bridges, distributed in 15 containers, to Piura via the Callao–Paita Maritime Humanitarian Corridor. This operation, supported by DP World and Hapag-Lloyd, aims to address potential impacts of the El Niño phenomenon, avoiding 160 terrestrial trips and incurring no cost to the State.
