Emergent Cold LatAm strengthens export and storage process for temperature-controlled products in San Antonio
Emergent Cold LatAm will enable two new blast freezing tunnels in San Antonio by the end of June, allowing it to process over 10,500 tons of food annually. This investment, part of the USD 500 million invested in Chile, targets fish, pork, chicken, and other protein producers and exporters, strengthening specialized infrastructure for the cold chain with ultra-fast CO2 freezing technology.
