ANP Reactivates Alfredo Labadie Dredger in Port of Montevideo After 3-Year Stoppage

Uruguay's National Port Administration reactivated the D9 Alfredo Labadie dredger after it had been out of service since October 2023. The vessel is performing dredging tasks in the Port of Montevideo and its access channel. The ANP approved a budget of USD 115 million for 2025-2029, of which USD 63 million will be allocated to national dredging, double the amount of the previous administration.
